What the most challenging for me as a leader is not enough to use only one or two leadership style and we need to adapt it all based on what situation we face.
I do not use autocratic leadership style to have absolute control, authority and power over other. I am king of using diplomatic leadership style in which to communicate effectively, respect others and advancing my interest and values. I am also always combines emotional intelligence, cultural awareness, and strategic thinking in my leadership style.
have a to-do list, have a tidy workspace, have a schedule and stay with it, take breaks, reduce multitasking, identify distractions, automate my job where I can, tackle tasks in order of importance.
The need of awareness is important for you to know yourself and understanding the people you're leading, and having the ability to adjust your approach to all specific situations you're facing and making you able to apply the right amount of control and encouragement for each of those under your leadership or supervision.
