Hi there! I'm a tech enthusiast with a decade of programming experience and a passion for making a real impact. I've created a robotic arm, the Mars Rover, and contributed my time to building non-profits and improving education in India. Recently, I've been working on MeTag, an exciting new project that has me more excited than ever before. With my experience in startups and computer science, I'm using cutting-edge web3 tech to create something truly special. Let's change the world together!
The most challenging part of leadership for me has been learning how to delegate responsibilities and trust others to get things done. As an entrepreneur, I often want to do everything myself, but I've learned that building a great team is crucial.
I never set out to become a "leader" per se, but rather had a vision for products and platforms that could make a real difference. Through pursuing those goals and bringing others along on the journey, I've naturally stepped into leadership roles. My passion has always been my north star.
No two days are ever the same! I try to balance focused strategic thinking and planning with being available to my team. Mornings are often dedicated to clearing my head with exercise or meditation before diving into the creative work. The afternoons are full of meetings and collaborating. I strive for a healthy work-life balance overall.
A key lesson I've learned is the importance of listening - really listening - to my team members. Their insights and feedback are invaluable. I've gotten better at creating an open culture where everyone feels heard.
I vividly recall how inspired I was reading Steve Jobs' biography. His obsession with creating insanely great products that would change lives stuck with me. More than anything, the book reinforced my passion for making a dent in the universe.
Never lose your sense of curiosity. Always be learning - about your industry, about the world, and especially about yourself. Self-awareness is so important for effective leadership. Stay humble and hungry.
One of my proudest moments was when our team pulled multiple all-nighters to meet an important deadline. Seeing everyone fully invested in our shared mission, willing to go the extra mile, was incredibly meaningful. It's those defining moments that bond a team together.
