Adedayo Oluwafemi

Name: Adedayo Oluwafemi

Title: Evangelsit

Organisation: The General Assembly Mission

Pastor, Evangelist, and Preacher of the gospel of the Kingdom of God and His Christ.

1. What have you found most challenging as a leader?

Resources for visionary movement

2. How did you become a leader? Can you please briefly tell the story?

I received the vision of the General Assembly Ministry in a hotel room during a 5 days Apostolic Movement meeting with the late Dr. Ubed Uzodima, founder of Glory Tabernacle in Ibadan, Oyo State. The Lord gave me the vision to build Kingdom generals for him in these last days of the world.

3. How do you structure your work days from waking up to going to sleep?

I have the privilege to hear the Lord speaks every time, so He helps me to discover the daily routine and accomplish them. He also reminds everything that needed to be done, so I do His will every day.

4. What's a recent leadership lesson you've learned for the first time or been reminded of?

He reminds me of what I am in this generation, and how I have become a very important individual for the people to enter the Kingdom of God. Romans 8:29, 1 Peter 2:4-6

5. What's one book that has had a profound impact on your leadership so far? Can you please briefly tell the story of how that book impacted your leadership?

The book of Judges, Chronicles, and all the Bible. God is looking for true worshippers. He speaks every time and always desires to bring everyone to the knowledge of His fellowship.

6. If you could only give one piece of advice to a young leader, what would you say to them?

Seek the Lord while you are young so that you may prosper in life. It's only God can make a true leader in this corrupt world.

7. What is one meaningful story that comes to mind from your time as a leader, so far?

I have learned to always stand the chance to do it again, even though I failed many times in life, I couldn't stop because there were lessons to help save the people that must follow my steps to the Kingdom of Christ. Galatians 4:1
