Dr. Chitranjan Kesari is a multi-award decorated leader in the corporate world. He holds leadership positions in corporate and done his education from Doctor of Advanced Studies in Information Technology (PhD) from Azteca University, Harvard Manage Mentor from Harvard Business Publications, Executive Program in Management from Shailesh J. Mehta Institute of Management, IIT, Mumbai, Diploma in Business Management from P.L Welingker Institute of Management, Mumbai and Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Application from Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra, Ranchi. He has graduated from Magadh University, Bodh Gaya. He has certified from Microsoft, Cisco and ITIL.

Dr. Chitranjan is a part of the world Global Knowledge Hub as register member and helping Global Knowledge companies for a tech start up and advice to start business and development in this region, investment, product feedback and all. To give back to society I am, an honorary visiting faculty member of several management institutes, Selection Panel for Engineering & Management students, regular Marathon Runner, Technology writer & Yoga Promoter. Dr. Chitranjan is currently working in a MNC company as CIO (Chief Information Officer) & IT Head.

1. What have you found most challenging as a leader?

The way leaders are facing lots of challenge's like, developing Team, honing great team effectiveness, inspiring team and Others, leading a great team and employees, guiding change, managing board and other stakeholders, setting goals for ourself and our team, delegate more to others and what not sharing knowledge to team and others.

2. How did you become a leader? Can you please briefly tell the story?

Started form Zero, a Village boy even not speak in English and all, always like to talk my local language called "Bhojpuri or Hindi" . A teachers son, 8th Sibling form family. Couple of time i failed, but success comes at a time when i am In BIT Mesra, slowly Moves to IIT Mumbai and one of the company given me to go to Harvard for study and all. my hard work and dedication given me lots of awards on innovation and all. During this experience i have written 4 books to ,given back to society. My Major success comes as i have focus on listening others, Respect others and junior team members and office staff, utilized my 18 hours daily by starting Yoga and Running at 5am daily to make my days 200% effective. I Love to make my hand dirty by helping my team and all. I have learned lots of books like "SundarKand of Ramchatritramanas" and "Shrimad Bhagwat Geeta" and utilizing my knowledge for helping others and given back to society. i always value people in my life and love to sharing my knowledge.

3. How do you structure your work days from waking up to going to sleep?

Started my days with Yoga and Run to make me 200% fit. Excellent breakfast by taking lots of rich diets and always ready 15 minutes early with my any work. Reading news paper daily, Times of India and Economics times. After office hours spend some time for sports if possible, spare time with family and sleeping on time daily. Writing is my passion and i am writing daily something.

4. What's a recent leadership lesson you've learned for the first time or been reminded of?

Due to Yoga and Going deep in Silence, i have read lots of things about myself and my weak points to improve and improve others for the same. Very creative to write something new and follow strict Hindu Rituals.

5. What's one book that has had a profound impact on your leadership so far? Can you please briefly tell the story of how that book impacted your leadership?

Go Giver approach, Given back to society is total learning of life.

6. If you could only give one piece of advice to a young leader, what would you say to them?

Focus on what you are doing and give your 100%.

7. What is one meaningful story that comes to mind from your time as a leader, so far?

Never stop learning. Make yourself rich in your knowledge and share this to needy.
