I always were proactive, think out of the box and demostrating empathy (ear and catch wath my speaker is looking for).

7. What is one meaningful story that comes to mind from your time as a leader, so far?
Some time ago, in a Aerospace company, my boss told me to fire a person because his performance is poor about project management and engineering analysis. I told him, give me a chance ( for 3 months windows). I coah and work close to this person and discover his aptitude. I reasigne his responsability for Bid Support (also under my responsability). The result in his performance was a success for the rest of the year. He got a winner prize in the end of the year
