Responsible for EBIDTA and P & L management of the hospital with a key focus on financial performance , annual budgeting, cost reduction initiatives, building synergies amongst the various Non Clinical and Clinical Functions, performance review analysis, review patient satisfaction analysis, to achieve & maintain NABH & NABL accreditations/affiliations, on boarding VC’s, building teams in different geographies, proactively supporting the marketing campaigns in sync with sales and marketing teams.

1. What have you found most challenging as a leader?
The most important challenge for me was 1) Leading the Change and 2) Handling Different Perspectives
2. How did you become a leader? Can you please briefly tell the story?
I strongly feel that one of the major aspects to grow into a Leader is to accommodate as many people as you can during your interactions. Get the things into execution mode.
3. How do you structure your work days from waking up to going to sleep?
My usual routine is Early to bed and early to rise . Satr the day with an hour walk. All inportant decison making jobs will be completed in the 1st hour to before noon . Later part of the day it would be engaging with clients , departments and planning . Evening before going to sleep , will try to go through some article / any current affairs
4. What's a recent leadership lesson you've learned for the first time or been reminded of?
Start saying No if we really doesnt have complete information.
