1. What have you found most challenging as a leader?

The most arduous task for a leader is to adeptly navigate the vicissitudes of circumstances and refrain from exerting undue pressure on their team. Skillfully managing a team during periods of intense pressure is, in my estimation, the epitome of challenge. Each day presents novel predicaments, necessitating a constant pursuit of innovative solutions.

2. How did you become a leader? Can you please briefly tell the story?

Throughout my time in both college and school, I consistently assumed leadership roles, whether as a class representative or as a group leader. Upon completing my education, I embarked on a journey of continuous learning, initially focusing on technical aspects and subsequently expanding my knowledge in management and various leadership skills. A fundamental principle I firmly uphold is that learning is an unceasing process, and I actively strive to absorb knowledge from diverse sources on a daily basis.
Maintaining a steadfast commitment to excellence, I endeavor to give my best effort each day and cultivate a genuine passion for the work I undertake. These principles serve as the bedrock of my focus. Following the attainment of my graduation degree, I commenced my professional journey as an Android developer in my brother's firm. Despite earning a modest income of 20k within the initial six months, the invaluable experience gained through constant learning spurred me forward.
Subsequently, I explored employment opportunities in three different firms, each contributing to my professional growth and expanding my skill set. Eventually, my entrepreneurial drive led me to establish my own firm, propelled by the knowledge and insights amassed throughout my journey thus far.

3. How do you structure your work days from waking up to going to sleep?

My daily work routine follows a structured schedule. I commence my day by awakening in the early hours of the morning, engaging in a refreshing cycling session. Subsequently, I proceed to indulge in a revitalizing shower before savoring a wholesome breakfast. With renewed energy, I embark upon my professional endeavors, heading to the workplace.
Upon arrival, I commence by reviewing and strategizing daily work plans, engaging in fruitful discussions with both clients and team members. I diligently assess the schedule, ensuring that meetings and appointments are accounted for and appropriately prioritized. Once the designated work hours draw to a close, I make my way back home.
After reaching home, I allocate time to relish a nourishing lunch, cherishing moments of togetherness with my family. As the day winds down, I prepare myself for a rejuvenating slumber, replenishing my energy reserves to tackle the next day's endeavors.

4. What's a recent leadership lesson you've learned for the first time or been reminded of?

Lately, I have acquired the realization that one must cultivate a sense of adaptability and ease in any given circumstance, directing their attention towards seeking solutions rather than fixating on problems. Additionally, it has become apparent to me that placing trust in one's instincts is of utmost importance.

5. What's one book that has had a profound impact on your leadership so far? Can you please briefly tell the story of how that book impacted your leadership?

The impact on my personal growth and development does not derive from a solitary literary work, but rather from a collection of books and the captivating narratives of various individuals. Titles such as "The Power of Positive Thinking," "Rich Dad Poor Dad," and "Doglapan" have profoundly influenced my perspective.
Additionally, my readings encompass publications on product creation, market entry strategies, and an array of other insightful subjects. Furthermore, the timeless wisdom of Swami Vivekananda and the invaluable guidance of my guru have served as wellsprings of inspiration. Consequently, my unwavering focus is devoted to perpetual self-improvement and continuous growth.
In addition to these influential sources, I have been fortunate to benefit from the teachings and support of my mother, late father, and my wife. Their wisdom, mentorship, and unwavering assistance have played a significant role in shaping my journey. Their collective contributions have been invaluable, providing me with invaluable life lessons and empowering me to overcome challenges along the way.

6. If you could only give one piece of advice to a young leader, what would you say to them?

A solitary nugget of wisdom resonates deeply: ardently embrace your passion or pursue what ignites your inner fire. By doing so, there remains no alternative but to cultivate expertise in your chosen endeavor.

7. What is one meaningful story that comes to mind from your time as a leader, so far?

There is a tale etched in my memory, recounting a time during my college years when I harbored a sense of invincibility, perceiving myself as an adept programmer brimming with intelligence. Consequently, I paid scant regard to the significance of attendance and academic grades, nonchalantly dismissing the implications they held for future job prospects. Alas, this very mindset led to my rejection by prominent organizations. Thus, the moral that resounds is the imperative nature of heeding parental advice and channeling one's ego in a constructive manner.
