To keep all in one direction and spirit

I have been selected as Advisor after doing PhD, then promoted as board member

3. How do you structure your work days from waking up to going to sleep?

I check emails and messages first and then start coordinate personally or through my staff on different tasks

To motivate with a vision

Take care of your staff and giving value to them

6. How do you differentiate between the role of board member and the roles of CEO or executive team member of a organisation?

CEO should be visionary leader then all staff becomes his followers automatically by his coaching and leadership skills

7. What is one meaningful story that comes to mind from your time as a board member so far?

I learnt from my CEO how to run an organization all the times and it’s full career story
