.

1. What have you found most challenging as a church leader?

Leading people from various cultural backgrounds and beliefs

2. How did you become a church leader? Can you please briefly tell the story?

RCCG has a culture of grooming leaders especially when discovered at tender age. I started leading at age 13, leading fellow teens and that grew till I started leading church congregation. Thank God that I have wonderful parents as missionary who trained and supported me.

3. How do you structure your work days from waking up to going to sleep?

It is quite difficult sometimes. First, family is my first church so I start my day with the family and then I set my daily plan which I try to follow through. As I take time to study at the start of the day, at later hours before going to bed, I do pray and commune with God sometimes till as late as 2am.

4. What's one book apart from the Bible that has had a profound impact on your leadership so far? Can you please briefly tell the story of how that book impacted your leadership?

What's Your Excuse? By John P. Foppe.

5. What's the most recent significant leadership lesson you've learned?

Leadership should not be influenced by your environment but should be structured to your environment.

6. How do you develop a healthy leadership pipeline in a church?

I totally depend on the Holy Spirit.

7. What is one meaningful story that comes to mind from your time as a church leader so far?

Genesis 5:24 "And Enoch walked with God: and he was not; for God took him." The story is what I kept pondering on. How did Enoch walk with God if not total obedience to His leading.
