1. What have you found most challenging as a church leader?

Commitment and dedication of the members and church workers to church schedules and activities.

2. How did you become a church leader? Can you please briefly tell the story?

I have always been in church from a young age but I had a unique experience with the Holy Spirit. After which I was called into ministry.

3. How do you structure your work days from waking up to going to sleep?

Currently; im taking an MA in Coventry Uni so that has a lot of my focus. Most of all that I do is based on that.

4. What's one book apart from the Bible that has had a profound impact on your leadership so far? Can you please briefly tell the story of how that book impacted your leadership?

Sadly I am yet to find that.

5. What's the most recent significant leadership lesson you've learned?

"What you pay attention to will work."

6. How do you develop a healthy leadership pipeline in a church?

Using the word of God as the basis for all leadership hierarchies.

7. What is one meaningful story that comes to mind from your time as a church leader so far?

Not a story:

Teaching the youth, I came to realise there is a yearn for understanding the word of God but many feel "intimidated"/restricted to inquire from us leaders mainly because they feel they should know.
