Prepare for the next day.

4. What's one book apart from the Bible that has had a profound impact on your leadership so far? Can you please briefly tell the story of how that book impacted your leadership?

I like the Psalms. They offer practical wisdom for everyday life! I try to think about human wisdom often. I believe that God wants all humans to believe in him. Moreover, God allows us to make our own mistakes. Generally what happens is that our ways do not work. At that point, the wisdom from the Good Book could speak life into our decisions, in respect to all of our leadership and management roles.

5. What's the most recent significant leadership lesson you've learned?

To remain grateful for your struggles. They are there to increase your strength and dependence on God.

6. How do you develop a healthy leadership pipeline in a church?

By focusing on "Giving" and not receiving. Let the greatest "Serve". God Rewards!

7. What is one meaningful story that comes to mind from your time as a church leader so far?

Moses parting the "Red Sea". Thousands doubted the voice God spoke to him. He stayed focused, reliable and obedient to the Voice of God!
