7. What is one meaningful story that comes to mind from your time as a leader in the education sector so far?

Problem-solver: Sir 2 weeks ago, an outsider came to class and insulted the teacher. He reported the case to the principal and he called the police who arrested the man and kept him in a lock. Later on, the relatives with Jirga members came but the principal was not ready for compromise. I was called by the principal and discussed the case with me. I played the role of mediator and started negotiation with the teacher and Jirga members. I agreed with the teacher that forgiveness is the best revenge. Later on, I convinced the principal that a leader always cares for others and believes in a win-win process. He was convinced. The compromise was made. The Jirga members apologized before the class and all became happy. I was appreciated by the principal because I saved all of them from further difficulties.
