1. What have you found most challenging as a CEO or executive of a large enterprise?

2. How did you become a CEO or executive of a large enterprise? Can you please briefly tell the story?

I have been working really hard in the past 9 years to learn and scale my wide range of skills and focusing on improving myself in every aspect and every direction.

I knew deep down I have a great potential and I can put my fingerprint in anything I touch despite that others did not believe in me and my potential.

I have been applying - like a crazy person - to many Large companies and they failed to see what I can bring and my potential.

Therefore, I decided to create one!

3. How do you structure your work days from waking up to going to sleep?

I wake up early every morning around 5AM. I take one hour to reply and respond to my overnight emails, then go for a fast walk/run until 7AM.

It's shower time to be fresh and refocus on what I need to accomplish.

I drive my kids to school at 8AM and go to work at 9AM until 4PM.

from 4PM it's my family time until my kids go to sleep at 8PM then it's Hussle time until i go to bed around 11PM.

4. What's the most recent significant leadership lesson you've learned?

As a good leader, I am required to surround myself with people of diverse perspectives who can disagree with me without a fear of retaliation.
