A culmination of business, psychology and marketing experience gave me a unique ability to lead competitive teams that beat results. My ability to help people unite and grow differentiated me for executive positions. My acute ability to interpret data and use results to make better decisions got me into the C-suite.

Business priorities first. status of big rocks next. Important follow ups with peers, partners, my team. After hours is focused on growth areas.

Be compassionate. Help your team be the best version of themselves not a version of you. The sooner we embrace that, the faster we can differentiate on the unique qualities of our people.
5. What's one book that has had a profound impact on your leadership so far? Can you please briefly tell the story of how that book impacted your leadership?
Create the future by Jeremy Gutsche. My story starts with a conference called future festival in Canada led by Jeremy’s team at trend hunter. I learned the principles of disruptive trends and how to spot them and design them. This framework was outlined in the book called Create the future. I’ve since taught my teams the basics and led a workshop with the executive team to think about our near future.
6. How do you build leadership capacity in a large enterprise?
We put it into practice through our performance appraisal process and team challenges we offer every quarter. We also invest in leadership growth through training and experience opportunities.

Being able to achieve massive scale with a small but mighty team through marketing automation. Reaching the first closed deal within months of implementing our first end to end lead generation automated engine. A combination of the right people with the best technology is game changer.
