1. What have you found most challenging as a CEO or executive of a large enterprise?

Top down connection with extended team on Vision/mission especially during a transformation

2. How did you become a CEO or executive of a large enterprise? Can you please briefly tell the story?

Career augmentation across four verticals, telco, medical, OEM and Banking. A lot of international training and board development

3. How do you structure your work days from waking up to going to sleep?

Switched on from 5am, connect with immediate team and check point with extended team but aligned with my boss

4. What's the most recent significant leadership lesson you've learned?

Not everyone in management see the big picture, difficult task to change culture

5. What's one book that has had a profound impact on your leadership so far? Can you please briefly tell the story of how that book impacted your leadership?

"Principle". It is based on continuous iteration of why things fail, work and not

Pivot strategic objectives towards cultures and establish KPIs to monitor/improve

7. What is one meaningful story that comes to mind from your time as a CEO or executive of a large enterprise so far?

When we set the vision for massive growth both organically/inorganically. We actually became the dominant carrier with the country.
