1. What have you found most challenging as a CEO or executive of a large enterprise?
In a leadership role, we often look at the market and its needs but we often forget the workforce to meet that market needs. And that's more important as a leader to look and take care of its team, the clients and the market needs will be met on its own.
2. How did you become a CEO or executive of a large enterprise? Can you please briefly tell the story?
My simple steps are to Believe in yourself, Be patient, Integrity with self, and work. Loyalty towards the workforce and the team and learning to grow with the team and not just by self.
3. How do you structure your work days from waking up to going to sleep?
Normally I have my pre-scheduled calendar with a date and time. Every second is important so needs to be planned in the right manner.
4. What's the most recent significant leadership lesson you've learned?
