1. What have you found most challenging as a CEO or executive of a large enterprise?

Strict timelines.

2. How did you become a CEO or executive of a large enterprise? Can you please briefly tell the story?

I have always been very dedicated and focused. I did high school and obtained professional certification at the same time. My mother is my inspiration and she gave me direction and strength to achieve my goals. I started working at the age of 20 and there’s no looking back since then.

3. How do you structure your work days from waking up to going to sleep?

I start with cardio in the morning as it keeps me active and I always keep my calendar up to date as I like to have my days planned ahead of time.

4. What's the most recent significant leadership lesson you've learned?

To empathize with team members and always be there for them.

5. What's one book that has had a profound impact on your leadership so far? Can you please briefly tell the story of how that book impacted your leadership?

Book: The power of your subconscious mind.

It helped me in controlling my subconscious mind.

6. How do you build leadership capacity in a large enterprise?

By taking ownership.

7. What is one meaningful story that comes to mind from your time as a CEO or executive of a large enterprise so far?

When I moved to Dubai for the first time, I was leading a team of 6-8 professional auditors. All team members were from different countries but with one same objective and clear direction we achieved everything before time.
