1. What have you found most challenging as a CEO or executive of a large enterprise?

Dealing internationally with diverse cultures and banking systems and finding that niche segment in every country

2. How did you become a CEO or executive of a large enterprise? Can you please briefly tell the story?

It started with following my dreams of having an international business and brand, employing the correct people, research and finding the niche in a market and to be honest.. working my b…t off for years,

3. How do you structure your work days from waking up to going to sleep?

My days start at 05:00, training for 40min until 05:40. Then while having a protein shake I catch up on emails from the different time zones that I operate in, this might include a phone call or seven before breakfast at 06:30. The office of the country that I visit greets me at about 07:30 and then its meetings until 17:30, from there on its family time until 21:00 and the cycle repeats itself.

Without God’s love we are nothing

5. What's one book that has had a profound impact on your leadership so far? Can you please briefly tell the story of how that book impacted your leadership?

The Bible, should I say more..It’s the instruction on how to life on this planet

6. How do you build leadership capacity in a large enterprise?

I get people to “buy in” and take ownership of what they do, people are the greatest asset any company has.

7. What is one meaningful story that comes to mind from your time as a CEO or executive of a large enterprise so far?

Covid-19 is real!
