1. What have you found most challenging as a CEO or executive of a large enterprise?

to get the whole company to function as one unit. It is less work to negotiate a multi-million deal than to get it past all debt. internal competition is like a plague.

2. How did you become a CEO or executive of a large enterprise? Can you please briefly tell the story?

I stayed focused and always kept this one golden rule Win-win always.

3. How do you structure your work days from waking up to going to sleep?

I wake up every day, even on weekends, between 5 and 6 am. I have my morning ritual where I review in my mind why I have to do it. i take a 15 min walk. and start my day zen

4. What's the most recent significant leadership lesson you've learned?

give everyone a chance to prove you wrong. if they do it will teach your staff that they can do it and if not they learn from it. so win win

5. What's one book that has had a profound impact on your leadership so far? Can you please briefly tell the story of how that book impacted your leadership?

lead by doing

7. What is one meaningful story that comes to mind from your time as a CEO or executive of a large enterprise so far?

when the industry was shut down due to covid. all staff membered was focusing on the post covid that was very inspiring
