1. What have you found most challenging as a CEO or executive of a large enterprise?
People scare to come to work - and as I am running a company with 5 radio stations that need to broadcast we had to find a way how to be alive ... and stay alive :D
2. How did you become a CEO or executive of a large enterprise? Can you please briefly tell the story?
At the age of 25 I was successfully running a regional pitch for one of the key clients of Starcom (Publicis group) and after that it was just natural I got offered the head of the media operation in the region soon ... and head of the local media operations soon after that
3. How do you structure your work days from waking up to going to sleep?
Everyday is different - depends on meetings and what my kid needs are - so that is no real pattern, sometimes I need to wake up 5:30 (even though i am any owl) sometime I can stay in bed till 7 - but might be needed at the office at 10pm ... so no, no real pattern, just pure accomodation to everyday :D.
4. What's the most recent significant leadership lesson you've learned?
That we need to act fast and it is nearly impossible to plan "ahead" - I need to have an aim where we go - but also I need to be prepared to change it, fast. Instead of "growing a tree" we are more in the "bush" situation - but always making sure we see which branch is the strongest
5. What's one book that has had a profound impact on your leadership so far? Can you please briefly tell the story of how that book impacted your leadership?
Dilbert - random acts of management
6. How do you build leadership capacity in a large enterprise?

7. What is one meaningful story that comes to mind from your time as a CEO or executive of a large enterprise so far?
