2. How did you become a CEO or executive of a large enterprise? Can you please briefly tell the story?

Since the start of my professional career; I have only focused on delivery, selection and maintenance of how the task can be achieved and learning (still learning).

Challenges of dealing with day to day tasks, internal office issues and strict timelines should be taken as steps toward success and that is what I did.

To become a CEO or Executive of a large enterprise one should have a focused approach and must have a 6 months target ahead which must be achieved.

3. How do you structure your work days from waking up to going to sleep?

Wake up early in the morning around 6am.
Go for a walk / run for 30 mins.
Bath and then breakfast.
Drop kids at school and reach the office at 9am.
Call wife at 11:30am
Lunch at 1:30pm
Left office around 6pm.
Reach home around 7pm.
After bath, I play with the kids while talking to my wife.

Meet the family members at 8:30pm and spend time with them till 10pm during which we all will have dinner.

10:30pm sleep time.
On weekends, after 10:30pm is movie time.

The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People: Powerful Lessons in Personal Change
by Stephen R. Covey

This book resolved all my professional challenges which I was facing when I became a leader of a small company till a large enterprise as to how to deal with both personal and professional issues that are impacting the workplace life.

7. What is one meaningful story that comes to mind from your time as a CEO or executive of a large enterprise so far?

I got a chance to let a company have severe financial crises which actually makes the people leaving and the one who stays are demoralised.

Motivation, working hard days and nights and carrying the people along was the challenge but after 3 years of struggle, the said company became profitable and still growing.
