1. What have you found most challenging as a CEO or executive of a large enterprise?
To work in intercultural teams
2. How did you become a CEO or executive of a large enterprise? Can you please briefly tell the story?
I created a methodology and work in different issues, that gave to me an open wide vision
3. How do you structure your work days from waking up to going to sleep?
I begin the day with running or surfing, then take breakfast and start with a meeting with my team and continue with tasks and phone calls.
4. What's the most recent significant leadership lesson you've learned?
You can learn from humble people without training but who are able to show how they get ahead in real and adverse situations such as women farmers with whom I have worked
5. What's one book that has had a profound impact on your leadership so far? Can you please briefly tell the story of how that book impacted your leadership?
Sapiens by Noah Harari
To understand ourselves as human beings from our origin and nature. We are developed animals and understanding our history allows us to know where we come from and where we are going. The book tells about humanity and how it develops through language and social organization as well as cultural miscegenation.
6. How do you build leadership capacity in a large enterprise?
By building a mission and clear vision, that all employees at all levels understand and know where they are located within them.
7. What is one meaningful story that comes to mind from your time as a CEO or executive of a large enterprise so far?
When I developed a new brand for a university clinic and had to transmit it to the Community as well as to the organization
