1. What have you found most challenging as a CEO or executive of a large enterprise?

Leading former peers and being less accessible to former reports.
Leading the some close references
Establishing the right pace of change
Making tough calls that disappoint supporters.

2. How did you become a CEO or executive of a large enterprise? Can you please briefly tell the story?

I had a story of failing when I started my own business. So I have knowledge of running complete business operations. I started my career as an analyst at the Royal Bank of Scotland. Then I started my own startup with one investor then it failed after 2 years then I started a new venture that also failed after 3 years. Then I again came back to the job and joined some different companies and finally joined KUWAIT as head of digital. And during the corona pandemic, I got an offer from India's top real estate company to join as a Chief Digital Officer as I had experience in Technical and Management. It's a hard combination when a person has knowledge of marketing and technology both and of course business sense. So the journey is still continuing.

3. How do you structure your work days from waking up to going to sleep?

I wake up at 5 AM, Then I go for a morning walk and yoga, then I study at 7-8 AM as I'm pursuing a Ph.D. Then I spend some time with my family for 1 Hour to be refreshed.
Then I start my day in the office at 10 AM. Plan my full day with my team within 15 minutes and start working on the goal.

4. What's the most recent significant leadership lesson you've learned?

A leader should be Calm which is my quality too. And a leader should tie each team member into a family. And a leader should help team members to grow not just for his own growth but for all team members who want to grow.
