I think that one of the most important aspects that we need to be on top is the culture of the company and it becomes a bit challenging for large enterprises. The corporate culture reflects the DNA of the organization and depends on the characteristics that make it unique and distinguish it from other entities. It’s what shapes people to behave in certain ways in the organization. Culture affects everything. 2. How did you become a CEO or executive of a large enterprise? Can you please briefly tell the story?

I believe over the years I acquired the necessary knowledge, abilities and skills that made me the qualified and chosen person to perform the job in the best way possible. In addition it is very important the relationships and connections that are presented to you along the way, I guess I acted and took opportunities at the right time.

3. How do you structure your work days from waking up to going to sleep?

I have the habit of meditating every morning as soon as I wake up for 15 to 20 minutes. After getting ready I will sit on my balcony to enjoy a cup of coffee before starting my daily tasks. I must say that I see my job as a hobby, I never feel overwhelmed, and I always try to accomplish every assignment on time as I always set priorities and establish limits. On a personal level my family, going out, interacting with friends, wine and/or good dinners are things that I do daily.

Think and growth rich by Napoleon Hill. This book guides you on how to discover your desire and purpose by keeping a persistent and consistent action towards your goals.
