Slow is smooth, smooth is fast

I've been reading an amazing book called Effortless by Greg McKeown.

One thing that's stood out for me comes from the military. It's a saying elite soldiers use when moving in enemy terrain.

"Slow is smooth, smooth is fast."

How can you apply that to your leadership?
