Managing the digital transformation strategy for the firm
2. How did you become a board member of a large enterprise? Can you please briefly tell the story?
I was headhunted based on my corporate governance experience with IFC word bank.
3. How do you structure your work days from waking up to going to sleep?
I work on what is mission critical first in the morning then I manage the other tasks I have in order of priority
4. What's the most recent significant leadership lesson you've learned?
Replacing best practices with best thinking during the Covid period.
5. What are some of the keys to doing governance well in a large enterprise?
Ensuring the risk management policy if fully implemented all throughout the organization
6. How do you differentiate between the role of board member and the roles of CEO or executive team member of a large enterprise?
Boards responsibility should focus on two main roles, the strategic direction and the control environment of the enterprise. The remaining is the main role of the CEO
7. What is one meaningful story that comes to mind from your time as a board member of a large enterprise so far?
