consulting

Clarity specialises in consulting to point leaders and their leadership teams to help build great organisations. We only consult to help create clarity for an organisation when the point leader is involved and engaged. Why? Because we believe that the key to a great organisation starts at the top and is all about clarity. Organisations only change for the better when the point leader and his/her executive team are willing to get healthy as a team, create clarity for the organisation and then communicate those things again and again and again. It’s not about words that sound great or nice feelings, it’s about some incredibly useful keys for leaders and employees right through the organisation for hiring, strategic planning, investing, managing projects and day-to-day decision making. We commit to not only facilitate the difficult process to identify those things amidst all the complexity of your organisation, but to also walk with you as you undertake the more difficult challenge of boldy and wisely implementing changes for the better.
Point Leaders and Leadership Teams
We believe in using extreme criteria regarding who we work with. We use our strategic anchors (the answers to the question 'how will we succeed?') and some other intentional questions when considering an opportunity to consult with an organisation:

What is the long-term potential of this opportunity?

Will this partnership help us to grow organically and through networks?

Is this work we are confident we can complete at high quality?

Would the point leader of the organisation be engaged in the process?

Will we love working with this organisation?

Will this organisation love working with us?

Now that you know what we're looking for, do you feel your organisation would be a good fit to work with us? If so, what is it that you're looking for?

We'd love to hear from you to start a conversation about how we can help you build a great organisation.
Pioneers and Entrepreneurs
We also work with pioneers and entrepreneurs to start great organisations. During the first few years of pioneering, it can seem like a lottery to work out what to do and what not to do. We believe that if clarity can be achieved for an existing organisation by going through a process with the point leader and the executive team, then the same process can be undertaken with an entrepreneur. But instead of working with a team, the answers can be found within the heart of the entrepreneur. Imagine if you could pinpoint the deep and underlying purpose and passion behind your new endeavour? Or the core behaviours that make you, and your organisation, unique? Or the very top priority right now for your new organisation? If you’d say you ‘think you know what they are’ then you wouldn’t be alone! No matter how much thoughtfulness has gone into the new organisation, there’s usually some fog or mist around you as you start your new endeavour. We commit to get beside you and create clarity where there’s fog. That way you can launch into your new organisation with an expectation of the fast-pace and trial and error realisations that come with entrepreneurship plus, most importantly, a deep unwavering sense of clarity around the things that matter for your organisation.
