1. What have you found most challenging as a CEO or executive of a large enterprise?
specialized human power

2. How did you become a CEO or executive of a large enterprise? Can you please briefly tell the story?
I always wanted to manage rather than be an employee. Therefore, in order to solve the challenge of citizens' lives, I got acquainted with the subject of smart city and established a smart city research center in Iran.
3. How do you structure your work days from waking up to going to sleep?
Almost pre-planned
4. What's the most recent significant leadership lesson you've learned?
Accompanying and empathizing with employees
Teamwork is a priority
Keeping up-to-date knowledge and communication with other expert colleagues in Iran and other countries
5. What's one book that has had a profound impact on your leadership so far? Can you please briefly tell the story of how that book impacted your leadership?
Adam Grant's original book teaches me innovation, creativity, and management
6. How do you build leadership capacity in a large enterprise?
The first days were very hard
But with the passage of time and gaining experience in relation to colleagues and employees and creating an organizational culture among human resources, to some extent the situation is under control.
7. What is one meaningful story that comes to mind from your time as a CEO or executive of a large enterprise so far?
Human resources is the beating heart of the organization
