1. What have you found most challenging as a CEO or executive of a large enterprise?

Recruitment and retaining of qualified staff.

2. How did you become a CEO or executive of a large enterprise? Can you please briefly tell the story?

Spent time gaining experience functioning in several operating roles across business units.

3. How do you structure your work days from waking up to going to sleep?

Time management by balancing high priority personal & work objectives with attention to details. Being agile and able to adapt.

4. What's the most recent significant leadership lesson you've learned?

To continue focusing on listening.

5. What's one book that has had a profound impact on your leadership so far? Can you please briefly tell the story of how that book impacted your leadership?

Pyramid of Success by John Wooden. Taught me how to be a servant leader to help others achieve success.

6. How do you build leadership capacity in a large enterprise?

Surround yourself around people who are smarter and passionate about doing the right thing. Then empower them to lead.

7. What is one meaningful story that comes to mind from your time as a CEO or executive of a large enterprise so far?

Hearing from a client who thanked me for caring and taking the time to understand their situation.
