1. What have you found most challenging as a CEO or executive of a large enterprise?
Getting people to think together and delivering the results
2. How did you become a CEO or executive of a large enterprise? Can you please briefly tell the story?
I have worked in many industries and the most no of years in the Security industry 17 years. This helped me to build the knowledge of the market, product & services and acquired leadership experience in G4S and Securitas.
3. How do you structure your work days from waking up to going to sleep?
I get up at 5 am, walk to the Yoga Centre around 4 KM, and during the walk, I plan my day.
6-7 am - Yoga
9.30 - 9.45 - Leadership Call
The rest of the day goes with meetings both internal and External (clients). Majorly planned meeting, some ad hoc
7 pm - back to home
Spend time with the family
10 pm - go to sleep
4. What's the most recent significant leadership lesson you've learned?
It is all about pushing and pulling strategy with the teams. The leadership principle that I follow is ECG - Employee First, Customer Centric and Responsible Growth

6. How do you build leadership capacity in a large enterprise?
Constantly challenging the Status Quo, pushing the leaders to enhance their skills and capability and having a succession plan
7. What is one meaningful story that comes to mind from your time as a CEO or executive of a large enterprise so far?
Performance is every day
