Every Leader has enormous potential to grow and contribute to the growth of organization. however, they differ significantly in their contribution to organizations they worked and realizing their own potential. Most of the time leaders themselves do not realize what is coming in their way or what is stopping them in realizing their own potential. Once a Leader realizes his potential and understands what is holding him back, he can make a significant difference in his performance. Realizing human potential is an Art, which has certain principles. V K brings his expertise in enabling leaders in bringing out the best from themselves as individuals and as a team.
V K has an excellent blend of over 28 years of experience in Business Management and Coaching the leaders. He himself has worked at senior leadership roles in corporate as Vice President or Sr Vice President position for over a decade, which gives him excellent understanding of Leaders requirements and issues they face at Senior Leadership positions. Apart from being certified in leadership coaching, V K is certified Life coach and NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) Coach also. this gives him more complete human approach while enabling the leaders in realizing their potential and contribute significantly better for the organization

1. What have you found most challenging as a CEO or executive of a large enterprise?

Keep people motivated and take our best from them for organization. secondly continuously looking for new growth drivers to fuel the growth.

2. How did you become a CEO or executive of a large enterprise? Can you please briefly tell the story?

I have a peculiar habit of challenging status quo in the industry. I never look for a familiar path. I always look for innovations in whatever I do. I am not keen to follow any tradition, but look for what is needed. This means working without baggage. this makes me a turn -around person.

3. How do you structure your work days from waking up to going to sleep?

I get up at 6 AM, and head for my office by 8 AM. I keep my working hours 10 hours. I love being with people. I planned my day the previous day. and I follow my schedule of work for the day. I hit the bed at 11 PM.

4. What's the most recent significant leadership lesson you've learned?

Leaders have to be loner. Leaders have to chart new territories. they must keep trying new ideas, new innovation. Leaders do not have a defined work profile, but they have to create one for themselves as per need of the organizations.

5. What's one book that has had a profound impact on your leadership so far? Can you please briefly tell the story of how that book impacted your leadership?

First break all the Rules by Marcus Buckingham. This book inspires to challenge the status quo and traditions. This inspires innovation.

6. How do you build leadership capacity in a large enterprise?

By Developing people. they are the backbone for any company .

7. What is one meaningful story that comes to mind from your time as a CEO or executive of a large enterprise so far?

Never stay for one rule only. keep creating them. Delegation is an ongoing process. we must delegate, everything that our subordinates can do.
