James is always looking for ways to better the future of thinking by promoting doing good to others and our home planet earth.
He is always diligent to recognize talent and steer that talent to doing things they think are impossible, doing them and experiencing reality of the good one can achieve.
James learned and is still learning from the family called life. No one is low and no one is higher than anyone else. We all share life in one way or another. Riches are not the way of a good man. Bringing life knowledge is.

7 Questions with James Boyd Fuller

.

1. What have you found most challenging as a CEO or executive of a large enterprise?

Finding freedom of expression as a company. The biggest rewards are not in financial avenues but being able to find solid principles of thought. This in business is under rated hugely because not all businesses are seeking right avenues, only riches and gain and growth.
The challenge to me is overcoming the negative trends against a business which are not evident at the first but pop up as negatives. To properly handle these negatives and being true to yourself are sometimes difficult choices to understand. I find being truthful to reality is absolute and guides all the right decisions.

2. How did you become a CEO or executive of a large enterprise? Can you please briefly tell the story?

In my case I'm not a large or overly huge going thing. Working hard day and night as is needed can only explain the compassion of what one does to others for others. We are the product of our work, our word, our integrity. If you lose your understanding of the world you live in and become only a mass of people what are you?
But if you find a principle of good to the thinking of the future that holds true to all who will become part of the process of good pathways and all the people working together understands the importance of the pathway being visioned.
I simply have lots of vision and transmit that to the right people or like minded and we are one.

3. How do you structure your work days from waking up to going to sleep?

My day begins with Prayer to Jesus Christ. My work has several facets which need filling. I stay current by talking to others, asking pointed questions and working out what those answers mean through the day. I exercise Eat less meat and try to stick to a good diet. I don't drink Alcohol. I have prayer at noon or so then just before bed again contacting my maker to ask for blessings for the day and my family and the leaders of our world that God help them to do good.

4. What's the most recent significant leadership lesson you've learned?

Never take something out of context. Never assume.

5. What's one book that has had a profound impact on your leadership so far? Can you please briefly tell the story of how that book impacted your leadership?

The Bible King James Version. I read a scripture in the morning by just opening the book and reading the passage my eye meets. This sets the tone of the day how I proceed. One of three things will prevail. Being a director, Being a listener and being servant. I never let negative rules affect my day. Doing this puts me in my place...lol.

6. How do you build leadership capacity in a large enterprise?

Talk to the ones you are most sure will give of themselves and nothing in return is needed. Those kinds already know reality and they are the joy of life and future you trust them.

7. What is one meaningful story that comes to mind from your time as a CEO or executive of a large enterprise so far?

A director in Cameroon Fontoh Desmond Abinwi. His village was attacked. He was under fire while I was on the phone with him and when the shooting stopped his village had lost 7 children for they attacked the school there. I was like how in the world does he hold his faith seeing all this death and horrid corpses pictures he sent to me. How can people kill children?
He said to me I pray for them that God will change them for good. He now is head of his own company and planting trees. We prayed together for the remedy from God.
This is profound to understand as in the passage Matthew 5:44 and Luke 6:27-28 bless them that despitefully use.
There is peace there now.
