1. As a leader, how do you build trust with employees, customers and other stakeholders?

First by trusting them, and by delegating and seeing more good side in them

2. What do 'VISION' and 'MISSION' mean to you? And what does it actually look like to use them in real-world business?

It can vary from the nature of an organization, therefore, vision is something I foresaw to achieve, and the mission is the small pieces of action that will help to achieve the foreseen vision.

3. How can a leader empower the people they're leading?

Being by model, being by simple or approachable, showing by doing.

4. Who are some of the coaches or mentors in your life who have had a positive influence on your leadership? Can you please tell a meaningful story about one of them?

I had one mentor who guided me in all my life aspects, and what kept me be more committed mentee was his sincerity, faithfulness, and commitment. The way he trusted me influenced me to trust others,

5. Leadership is often more about what you DON'T do. How do you maintain focus in your role?

The deadline of the tasks and the inner value I had

6. If you fail to plan, you plan to fail. Everyone plans differently. How do you plan for the week, month and years ahead in your role?

Little bit hard question, but I put mainly 2or3 goals every year, and I work on them on a daily basis. This quote drives me: “If you take care of your day, the year will take care of itself”

7. What advice would you give to a young leader who is struggling to delegate effectively?

Kill your ego & trust others.
