1. As a leader, how do you build trust with employees, customers and other stakeholders?


As a continuous journey, support them in every task to cross the obstacles - label them as they are achievers, not as complainers.


2. What do 'VISION' and 'MISSION' mean to you? And what does it actually look like to use them in real-world business?


Route Map & exposes the integrity of the organisation. Vision is forecasting. Mission is Applicability.


3. How can a leader empower the people they're leading?


Trust them to analyse and support them in time without being asked for it.


4. Who are some of the coaches or mentors in your life who have had a positive influence on your leadership? Can you please tell a meaningful story about one of them?


I was in marketing -Corporate Relations due to my extensive behaviour of building relationship for the betterment and was useful for the growth organisation and then there my CEO recognised my work and opportunized me to get into a operational role which is much higher at a different location too, and it was a great result for me and my mentor as well as for the organisation too.


Good leaders to become great leaders need to provide opportunities to their team members, which may work out as a wonder. Thanks to everyone who is part of my successful journey so far, and with a proven track record of performance, that decision was right by my mentor.


5. Leadership is often more about what you DON'T do. How do you maintain focus in your role?


Self-Analysis -Test, Trial & Error


6. If you fail to plan, you plan to fail. Everyone plans differently. How do you plan for the week, month and years ahead in your role?


Subjectively, it depends on the department and team strength.


7. What advice would you give to a young leader who is struggling to delegate effectively?


First, understand their nature - SWOT analysis and create an approach customized
