I build trust with the objectives to improve always and forever more than yesterday and less than tomorrow, a positive impact for the clients, the employees, the shareholders, the suppliers, the distributors, the planet, and humanity! A Win ! Win! Win! Win Win! Win! Win\

Key is tri develop and share the values, the mission, the vision of our development in 1/3/5/7/10 years !


3. How can a leader empower the people they're leading?


Key is to delegate and build a society of transmission rather than a society of consumption, and move form a Ego System to an Eco system !


4. Who are some of the coaches or mentors in your life who have had a positive influence on your leadership? Can you please tell a meaningful story about one of them?


The key is to re-read our actions, reading regularly, Our Success, Our Failure, Our Suggestions! Our Dreams, Our Desires, Our Wishes! And what do we keep? Improve! Stop! Start

By helping to develop plans to improve every year and permanently the positive impacts for the clients, the employees, the investors, the suppliers, the distributors, the planet, and humanity
