1. What have you found most challenging as a leader?


Motivate myself when things are bad


2. How did you become a leader? Can you please briefly tell the story?


I started as sales person. Thanks to my mentors who thought me how to scale up with times. Most importantly hard-working consistently.

3. How do you structure your work days from waking up to going to sleep?


I wake up early meditate for 10 minutes and go for a run for 45 minutes. I also ran through my plans which were planned the previous night. Delegate work to respective people finish my hard tasks and try to finish all my planned work, then work on answering my emails. Support the team if they are stuck in any phase.


4. What's a recent leadership lesson you've learned for the first time or been reminded of?


First things First


5. What's one book that has had a profound impact on your leadership so far? Can you please briefly tell the story of how that book impacted your leadership?


Good to great. It helped me of how important is to be Humble and also ferocious. The one one important thing to focus on and technology is a trap unless it is used right.


6. If you could only give one piece of advice to a young leader, what would you say to them?


Stay hungry, stay focused, and stay humble and grounded. Never forget the basics and don’t be ashamed to go back to basics if required anytime.


7. What is one meaningful story that comes to mind from your time as a leader, so far?


If you were given an axe to cut a tree in 10 hours. Spend 7 hours sharpening the axe and next 3 hours focus and give your 100%
