1. What have you found most challenging as a leader?

First getting the right team members is one of the challenges I faced when I started Richieart Media, Getting the right team members to work with you can be very challenging you may not know who really wants to work with you on achieving your aims, some team may have low expectations when you have a higher expectation, not having the right team members can give you a slower pace of development in what you are determined to achieve. During the time I started Richer Media which was in 2019, I started with 3 team members we worked for a week then things fell apart because the part they faced was not where I was facing, understanding matters in team development also, I built a team of 5 again we work for a year, getting a lot of content because of other desires from my team's things fell apart.

2. How did you become a leader? Can you please briefly tell the story?

First I started as a blogger, and content writer in 2018, studying the trends in technology, and media as content writer I failed sometimes but I kept on going because I was determined and wanted to achieve something during the course of my journey I was able to get hit with some of my articles. In 2019 during the coroner virus outbreak, I wanted to get content to people, and to be able to connect with them led to building a digital internet radio station, I was able to connect with a lot of audiences having 12k monthly sessions from there kept going till I move into the line of technology. I have one talent I can develop ideas, I am good at developing ideas that help in developing different types of startup ideas, currently, I am developing a Blockchain media product that will reshape the media ecosystem system. Creating startup ideas help discover a lot of my weaknesses in terms of funding, but being determined never let me down.

3. How do you structure your work days from waking up to going to sleep?

When I was a blogger, I blogged from 12 pm to 4 am, working and working to make sure I get content to people, even now that I am developing a media Blockchain and also other tasks I am hoping to achieve I sleep late at night, 12 to 3 sometimes 4 am just to make sure I am achieving something

4. What's a recent leadership lesson you've learned for the first time or been reminded of?

Never give up on what you want to do even if you fail, I remember restarting my blog 4 to 5 times before I started earning from it and getting audiences. As long as you don't give up as a founder who is looking forward to building a startup or have a startup but other problems you have just try out ideas, think of other ways, it is better than you giving up. Study what makes you different from other businesses of what makes your ideas different from other innovators and disruptors never give up work I believe you will get it over to the bigger place you dream of

5. What's one book that has had a profound impact on your leadership so far? Can you please briefly tell the story of how that book impacted your leadership?

I don't read books often like that but I watch motivational content on YouTube, the industry leaders I love are Jack Ma, Elon Musk, and Steve Harvey. What I learned from Jack Ma is to keep trying, Jack Ma failed many times before he founded Alibaba, Elon Musk was built, rejected, and even failed during his launches of space rockets before the last one was successful, I don't believe in failure as lasting, keep going so you can make it work and share a story, tell people your story by jack ma when you have achieved it

6. If you could only give one piece of advice to a young leader, what would you say to them?

Keep going, don't stop nor should you give up, all hope is lost but no hope is gone, what I mean is you may have lost hope in what you are planning to do but never give up if you keep trying because the hope is never gone as long as you have in your heart and mind, set it like a goal

7. What is one meaningful story that comes to mind from your time as a leader, so far?

I don't really have but I kept going from building ideas to ideas but the more I develop the more I reshape
