To develop, to support, to undertand the people you lead

Learning from mistakes, living, studying, grow from experience

Thankfullness, aling to the schedule, helping people and companies to develo, doing excercise, read.

Not everybody is equal to others. Every person has their own history and experiences

Trust in yourself

Nelson Mandela's leadership journey is not only inspiring but also a powerful example of resilience, forgiveness, and the pursuit of justice.
