1. What have you found most challenging as a leader?

As a leader what I have found most challenging is how people can follow you and yours with the same energy like you.

2. How did you become a leader? Can you please briefly tell the story?

According to me become leader is something everybody has in him. To activate it, one should accept the call and try to work for helping people around him. I, I accepted that call to teach and it's how all began.

3. How do you structure your work days from waking up to going to sleep?

Boeing christian, I begin and finish my day by praying. I wake up very earlier, most of time at 4.30 am because the school where I work is far from where I live. I begin working at 7.30 till 12.30 at school with time of break and I also teach some children at home from 2.00 pm till 4 or 5 pm. After that I take my way back home.

4. What's a recent leadership lesson you've learned for the first time or been reminded of?

A recent lesson that I have learned is a leader should never stop studying. The day he stops studying is the day he stops leading.

5. What's one book that has had a profound impact on your leadership so far? Can you please briefly tell the story of how that book impacted your leadership?

It's the book of Michel Obama which is Become. There I have learned many lessons about Obama leadership and how he became the president of United states.

6. If you could only give one piece of advice to a young leader, what would you say to them?

A young leader should know that sometimes he will not be understood by people he leads. He should stay focus on his goals and never stop learning.

7. What is one meaningful story that comes to mind from your time as a leader, so far?

The day when one of my students was able to do what I taught correctly. O was like OMG he's said it the right way. I was so proud.
