1. What have you found most challenging as a leader of a small or medium enterprise?

2. How did you become a leader of an SME? Can you please briefly tell the story?

Being a very independent individual and determined with a strong mindset. Having always been interested in having my own business Something I had decided from a young age!

Missing a lengthy time from school at a critical age due to illness and being hospitalised. I personally feel this gave me the insight into building a live interactive platform on the go.anywhere anytime for all of education.

3. How do you structure your work days from waking up to going to sleep?

They just happen as I am very driven as an individual. I love my career and therefore find work fun. I enjoy every minute of my day and have to remind myself to step out of work occasionally.

4. What's the most recent significant leadership lesson you've learned?

To ensure the correct people are brought into the business to scale up

I do not read leadership books

6. How do you build leadership capacity in an SME?

A lot of drive, determination and hard work.
