I decided to work for someone else was no longer an option
3. How do you structure your work days from waking up to going to sleep?
Wake up, hours exercise, update on news local and overseas, plan the day, work, evening wind-down dinner and either good show, book or play music

Who not how - get the right people for the right job

Select the right people, set a clear goal and trust they will deliver
7. What is one meaningful story that comes to mind from your time as a leader of an SME so far?
I assigned my marketing team member to make sure our website was optimised and ready to support PR and external marketing. He basically rebuilt the entire site and created a very clear message. I was very happy.
