I am 22 years old Serial Entrepreneur in businesses of E-commerce, Virtual project outsourcing, and export & import.
My goal is to help 1000 Small business owners in 2021.
1. What have you found most challenging as a leader of a small or medium enterprise?
Recruitment - hiring people who are well qualified for job, who stay for long period of time with company where they can grow along with company
2. How did you become a leader of an SME? Can you please briefly tell the story?
"Always say YES to opportunity" this quote has changed my life and inspired me to lead in my ventures. The idea to explore the world...meeting new people providing value to their life...I have been running businesses since I was 18 years old...a lot of this has been possible because of my dad, he has taught me a lot about entrepreneurship, taking risk, doing things differently...his constant support has made me the leader I am today
3. How do you structure your work days from waking up to going to sleep?
I wake up at 9 am and start my day with a workout followed by breakfast, by 10:30 am I leave for work, I do take a break of 1 hr in the afternoon around 3 pm. by 7:30 pm I am back to home....and after dinner and some quality time with my family I am back to work at 10 pm to 2:30 am... around this time I set mostly of my international meetings. i sleep after that while watching something of Netflix.
4. What's the most recent significant leadership lesson you've learned?
Work on your team, Because they represent your business in the market. Customers never forget their buying experience make that as easy and smooth as possible.
5. What's one book that has had a profound impact on your leadership so far? Can you please briefly tell the story of how that book impacted your leadership?
"THE LEADER WITH NO TITLE by Robin Sharma" is one the best book I have read on leadership, it says how we don't need titles to excess in our work-life...story revolves around a bookstore employee who was asked to train the new CEO of book store chain.
6. How do you build leadership capacity in an SME?
by working harder than employees, guiding them through the process, always looking for innovation and getting things done,
7. What is one meaningful story that comes to mind from your time as a leader of an SME so far?
Well ! when you are after your dreams, people see you working hard and getting closer to the goal...it inspires them to take a risk and go after theirs
