7 Questions with Prachi

1. What have you found most challenging as a leader of a small or medium enterprise?

To start from zero to one is the most difficult challenge rather than going from one to ten

2. How did you become a leader of an SME? Can you please briefly tell the story?

I started as a software engineer and worked in a multinational company in the US like 80% of the engineers do and dream of. But somewhere something was there in me which was not satisfied with only 9-5. I wanted to grow beyond and above which inspired me to take this risk and start again from zero

3. How do you structure your work days from waking up to going to sleep?

firstly plan the entire day and take up past incomplete works too into consideration. Then divide the day into most imp tasks first then the ones which are imp but I can delegate . Then take a little music break and start with healthy diet and meditation,

4. What's the most recent significant leadership lesson you've learned?

Your employees are your strength. You just need to find the passionate ones and honest ones

5. What's one book that has had a profound impact on your leadership so far? Can you please briefly tell the story of how that book impacted your leadership?

When I was taught by my grandfather that knowing what not to do is sometimes more imp than knowing what to
