I had an appointment with an HR Leader of an organization where we wanted to sell HiFives. Apparently she had forgotten all about the meeting and was busy with her other meetings, lunches, etc. All this time I was seated at the visitor lobby waiting for her. I took out my laptop and started doing my work. After 4 hours, she happened to pass by (I hadn't met her before) and noticed me. Then the security person informed her that I was actually waiting for her. Finally, we had the meeting and we signed her up as a client.
