Ingrid has organizational experience with crown corporations, non-for-profit, public sector, private and public companies, in regulatory environments, and with global expertise working for organizations with diverse operations. She has a deep knowledge and understanding of Diversity, Inclusion, and Equity through lived experiences and working with vulnerable and racialized communities. She develops and executes on strategies through inclusive talent management strategies, inclusive leadership development and strategies, culture assessments and focus groups, speaking circles, interactive awareness programs and webinars, and accessibility strategies focused on identifying and eliminating systemic racism issues, and physical, and technological barriers to foster inclusive, equitable, and respectful workspace environments.
Ingrid has pursued excellence in human resources, board, and leadership strategy through the CHRP and CHRL designation, and through programs at Queens University and the Rotman School of Management, University of Toronto where she currently serves on the HR Advisory Group for Executive Development programs focused on HR Leaders. Ingrid also currently serves on the Appeals (Regulatory) Board Committee, Human Resources Professional Association.

Through Career Connection Partners, launched in 2011, Mark incorporates his ability to open doors with senior executives and senior management of large businesses with his passion for helping others pursue their professional passions. Mark retired in 2018 from a 37-year career in accounting and financial management, and business development.
His roles as a CPA included public accounting division director, Chief Financial Officer and Controller in private industry, and Client Services Manager in a global consulting firm. His primary voluntary, professional experience includes leadership in local, regional, and national roles for Financial Executives International (FEI).
In June 2021, Mark was presented the Distinguished Service Award by FEI for his leadership and service to the organization, and then in May 2022, the Nashville Chapter of FEI presented Mark with the first J Mark Myers Volunteer of the Year Award. He recently completed a two-year term as the Director of the Nashville Chapter of the COO Forum, and a 11-year term as the Chairman of the Nashville Chapter of Financial Executives Networking Group (FENG).
Currently, Mark is a Certified Dale Carnegie Trainer, teaching in an adjunct faculty role in the Jones College of Business at Middle Tennessee State University in Murfreesboro, Tennessee. Mark achieved his Executive MBA from Vanderbilt University’s Owen Graduate School of Management. In May 2021, Mark reengaged his passion for growth and learning by enrolling in the Doctor of Education (EdD) in Leadership program at Trevecca Nazarene University, of which he has completed three semesters of doctoral work thus far.

I am a mother of two adorable angles, a devoted wife and dedicated teacher. I have an honors degree in education and thirteen years’ experience, also currently studying towards my Masters in Business Administration.
As a young girl, I had a dream of starting a school that creates a safe haven for children from all walks of life. In 2020, that dream became a reality. After being approached by many parents and limited education facilities, I decided to establish Grace Prep, a private, self-funded school. Starting out with only three children, within the first year we grew to twenty registered pupils.
As the school grew, so also did the need for expansion. In January 2022, we established Grace Inspired, our special needs department, Grace Foundation, our preschool and Grace Assist, an aftercare facility that aids with homework. In 2022, The Grace Abundance Fund, a scholarship fund was established aiding learners with tuition.
With needs of children are met in a small community that allows for children to be just that, both the IMKA Angling Club as well as the Still Bay Boat Club under the Still Bay Aquatic Association was established this year, which allows for children and parents to partake in water sports and development of children in extra-curricular activities.
