Booz Ryan Vasquez is the Founder and CEO at BRVirtual Services, Your Digital Business Partner, where he works with the goal of bringing everyone’s convenience and helping grow the business of every entrepreneur by using digital technology, business affiliation and integration. He started during the pandemic of 2020 thinking ideas on how to support the community and creating a wonderful relationship with the people around him. Mr. Vasquez has come up with a new idea that improved things and some ways to help himself, his family, friends and people who lost their jobs during Covid-19. It came to his mind that he cannot give what he doesn’t have and cannot be able to aid someone when he himself also has nothing at all. During the time of darkness that even he can’t be able to see his family because of the shortcomings. Without any idea and background about IT and WEB development, he tried so hard to make, improve and develop a platform on his own with the objectives of providing aid for his life and to anyone who might need his help while he was heavily in debt and no one he can run to ask for assistance and only few friends, left to give him comfort and push him to exert his strength to get up from the fall.
Prior to founding BRVirtual Services, Booz have been working at different business industries such as Medical Representative at UNILAB, one of the biggest Pharmaceutical Company in the Philippines, Sales agent and promoted to Senior Account Manager at Telecommunication industry, Business Center Manager in a Fashion direct selling company, Branch Manager at BPI Direct Banko- a banking and financial institution, and Store Supervisor in a Drugstore. Then he had a job transition from a corporate world to a remote one, where he found ideas to combine services in one platform and tried to start with his own company, with his family as his motivation, BRVIRTUAL SERVICES, YOUR DIGITAL BUSINESS PARTNER was born.
While working with his previous companies, he was able to identify problems and find some solutions and re- organized something to make better operations by effective communication, responsibility and problem solving, action planning, driving sales target achievement, successful marketing campaign, proper market affiliations and identifying target market for consumers. Booz Ryan have won awards as the Branch of the Month, Sales Goal Achiever, Best Marketing Campaign and Progressive Branding.

1. What have you found most challenging as a CEO or executive of a large enterprise?
The very challenge in my role is to do and act the way it should be as an executive. Doing peculiar things one step ahead to be a good leader for them to follow my lead.
2. How did you become a CEO or executive of a large enterprise? Can you please briefly tell the story?
I'm only thinking and imagining before having my own business, without any idea that imagination is the way for better planning to get what I want. I found my own business and do my very best to run it properly.
3. How do you structure your work days from waking up to going to sleep?
I don't have my daily routine because I am always seeking for an improvement, a different one.
When I wake up in the morning, I will look for some deeds to be done, read or watch some information from media sources. Most of my time, even working hours, I'm still longing for a change, a progression, a growth and innovation.
4. What's the most recent significant leadership lesson you've learned?
You can not force someone to do the task which they don't want them to do. There is always a period of adjustment and not forcing them to perform it well.
5. What's one book that has had a profound impact on your leadership so far? Can you please briefly tell the story of how that book impacted your leadership?
Rage of Angels by Sidney Sheldon. It has a different story and might not be relevant to what I become. But, it teaches me some lessons, that even if we commit mistakes because of loving the wrong one, we can still get up and see our self improvement like learning from the mistakes we've made, because inside us, we are braver and we are stronger.
6. How do you build leadership capacity in a large enterprise?
Well, the saying action speaks louder than words is so cliché. Nevertheless, do not talk too much. Set an example by doing and not by talking.
7. What is one meaningful story that comes to mind from your time as a CEO or executive of a large enterprise so far?
I might not have a story to tell because my business is a new one. I am just starting to make my story to be told. However, a meaningful story of my life is during the darkest hour of I with no one to hold and rebuild my life again alone, in silence.
