1. What have you found most challenging as a CEO or executive of a large enterprise?
Managing stakeholders. I have personally found that managing the expectations of clients and the aspirations of the team and bridging these two factors to be one of the greatest challenges that I have faced in my career.
2. How did you become a CEO or executive of a large enterprise? Can you please briefly tell the story?
Nearly 4 years back, I ventured into a career of telling stories about brands and found IKON. Ever since the same, IKON has grown beyond boundaries and beyond Sri Lanka growing in numbers and the impact she has left in her wake.
3. How do you structure your work days from waking up to going to sleep?
To be honest, I am not the most organized person who is out there. I believe building a brand takes a great toll on you and you need to dedicate every minute of your possible time to that task and which is exactly what i do. However I try my level best to limit my work around 9 pm and have some "ME" time as I essentially believe that it is mandatory to have some of it along the way.
4. What's the most recent significant leadership lesson you've learned?
That your employees look up to you in ways you cannot imagine. Not just technical/professional aspects but personal, emotional and caring aspects as well. Your conduct on these avenues has a major impact on your relationship with your employees
5. What's one book that has had a profound impact on your leadership so far? Can you please briefly tell the story of how that book impacted your leadership?

6. How do you build leadership capacity in a large enterprise?
You observe. The reactions, emotions, things that drive individuals, aspirations, passions and you build on what you observe
