1. What have you found most challenging as a CEO or executive of a large enterprise?

Focus. Focusing on doing the right things to achieve clearly defined results. ...
Strategy. Developing and executing the right product, customer and growth strategies is also a top of mind

2. How did you become a CEO or executive of a large enterprise? Can you please briefly tell the story?

Many entrepreneurs envision themselves as the eventual CEO of the organization they built from scratch. It’s often this vision that drives the entrepreneur to accept the risks and responsibilities of entrepreneurship and keep fighting through all the hurdles and apparent roadblocks so common to entrepreneurship.

3. How do you structure your work days from waking up to going to sleep?

Start early., Exercise every morning. Talk to at least one customer every day. Encourage questions. Make lists. Use the 70/30 approach to professional life.

4. What's the most recent significant leadership lesson you've learned?

LEADERSHIP LESSONS I’VE LEARNED
Everyone can help you learn something.
Managers and leaders are different.
Leadership is hard.
Self-awareness is essential.
Get feedback from your network.
Communicate.
Be present.

5. What's one book that has had a profound impact on your leadership so far? Can you please briefly tell the story of how that book impacted your leadership?

The Hard Thing About Hard Things by Ben Horowitz
This is the most real book for a CEO or business leader. Oftentimes, the external view of companies is that they are always doing great. However, the reality can be very different--running a startup isn't always easy. I found it therapeutic to read this book and think it's an important read for every entrepreneur because it teaches you how to focus on the road instead of the wall when there are so many things changing internally and externally that impact your company.

Storytelling is a key leadership technique because it's quick, powerful, free, natural, refreshing, energizing, collaborative, persuasive, holistic, entertaining, moving, memorable and authentic. Stories help us make sense of organizations... i dont have one to share
