1. What have you found most challenging as a CEO or executive of a large enterprise?

Finding that balance between our employees, shareholders, and customer expectations.

2. How did you become a CEO or executive of a large enterprise? Can you please briefly tell the story?

I am one of the founder's of inField Solutions, which we founded from our company Virtace Inc. in 2017.

3. How do you structure your work days from waking up to going to sleep?

My objective every day is to find a balance between the needs of the business, my family, and myself. I prioritize what is important at the moment based on expectation and requirement.

4. What's the most recent significant leadership lesson you've learned?

To enable people to thrive by awakening them to their unique set of strength and weakness, while considering the passion that drives them.

5. What's one book that has had a profound impact on your leadership so far? Can you please briefly tell the story of how that book impacted your leadership?

Sun Tzu's Art of War's teachings continuously reminds me to consider a situation from all perspectives and to not always take the predictable route.

6. How do you build leadership capacity in a large enterprise?

Firstly, through trust and then through training. An individual must be trusted to be a leader and be provided the tools, understanding, and experience to be the best leader then can be.

7. What is one meaningful story that comes to mind from your time as a CEO or executive of a large enterprise so far?

The positive impact we had on one of inField Solutions' first customer's business by freeing up his cash flow so he could acquire a complimentary business and thus double his revenue.
