1. What have you found most challenging as a CEO or executive of a large enterprise?
The changing priorities of your customer.
Maintaining a fine balance between delivering superior customer experience vs managing cost

2. How did you become a CEO or executive of a large enterprise? Can you please briefly tell the story?
Due to the extensive experience in managing global teams - clients relationship and operations, I was given an opportunity to lead strategic accounts globally.
3. How do you structure your work days from waking up to going to sleep?
Very structured I would say:
Start with a 2 hour workout , followed by a 10 hour schedule at work with strategic meetings, people discussions. And always end the day with an assessment of how the day went .

7. What is one meaningful story that comes to mind from your time as a CEO or executive of a large enterprise so far?
Adapting to the new normal in multiple locations with no prior experience on how to manage during pandemic . This involved learning new ways of working across multiple functions such as facilities procurement data privacy etc and the list is endless
